Extending SciTE Source Code Editor’s Number of Buffers

Here’s how to extend the number of buffers on SciTE source code editor. By default, SciTE source code editor supports up to 10 buffers only.

Open the SciTE source code editor.

Click on Options and click on “Open Global Options File”.

Look for the “buffers” option (”buffers=10″) and change it to how many buffers you want.

Thats all about it, restart the SciTE source code editor and you’re set.
