Ubuntu Linux (Feisty Fawn) - available free of charge and they can send you CDs of the latest version (7.04) with no extra cost, but the delivery may take up to ten weeks, so you should consider downloading the CD images if you have a fast Internet connection.

Debian Linux - provided by Linux Emporium from UK you have to pay for the shipping charge and limited to 1 cd only. (oh well, as the title says, only the cd is free *winks*)
