Activate ‘God Mode’ on Windows 7

‘God Mode’ in Windows 7 is a trick where you can access all settings found in the control panel in one folder, the GodMode folder.

Disclaimer: This trick will cause the following windows versions to crash: windows vista 64 and windows 2008 64, proceed at your own risk.

Activate Windows 7 GodMode

Here’s how to activate GodMode on Windows 7:

1. Create a new folder.

2. Name the folder to: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

That’s it, the folder’s icon should change and contains dozens of control options.

Delete GodMode Folder

If your version of windows crash, below is how to remove/delete the ‘GodMode’ folder.

1. Boot to safe mode

2. Open command prompt and execute rd /s God[Tab][Enter].

3. Restart your computer normally.
